Jan sends an annual schedule of individual hosts who then choose the restaurant for the next month, send the email invite, collect RSVPs to notify the restaurant of actual count, and collect cash from attendees for shared cost of total bill. Individual hosting usually occurs only once every 18-24 months.
Location
Former company employees can attend any lunch you wish and need to RSVP for each event attending. Once you are on the distribution list, you will receive a monthly invite from that month’s host with the restaurant location.
We will follow the Santa Clara County health guidelines in effect on the date of the lunch.
