It is time to meet old friends at the annual HPREC Picnic. We welcome all family members, grandkids, in-laws, guests and potential new members.
Please let us know if you plan to attend by sending the form with your check to Judy York. Please return your form by July 13th so we have an accurate count of the number of people attending. There will be a fee of $7.50 per person or two for $15.00 to cover the main entrée (meat dish), soft drinks, bottled water, plates, tableware and the decorations furnished by the Club. To add to our dining extravaganza please bring a dish (to serve eight people) based upon the first letter of your last name.
Help make our picnic a success by bringing one of the following based on your last name:
A-L – Salads: potato, macaroni, pasta, veggie; fruit, cheese trays, etc
M-Z – Snacks or hors d’oeuvres: deviled eggs, baked beans, corn on the cob, etc.
Desserts will be provided by the club.
Chairpersons for the 2025 HPREC Picnic are members of the HPREC Board of Directors. If you want to help or be on any of the committees, call anyone of the following:
Set up and clean up – help needed, come at 11:30 and help set up
Raffle/door prizes -Judy Thompson/Sharon Butterfield
Bingo/Game set up – Gary Miller
Drinks, soda/water – Young Lauw
Entrée/Chicken – Mike Murphy
