Tips on completing form:

• First Name – if you have a preferred first name, add it in parentheses – ex: Edward  (Ed)
• Address Line 1 – enter all street address info here (do not use Address Line 2).
  • If you update your address don’t forget to also update the Address, ZIP, Phone and/or email field for Directory
• Zip Code – please enter ALL 9 digits (you can find it at the USPS website)
• Please do NOT select a password for myHPREC that you use on any other website.

On the form is a separate area for the information that will be included in the online and print Directory if you so choose.
There are 5 Fields duplicated for Directory, so you can decide what data will be visible  in Directory. Remove or leave blank any Directory fields that you do not want displayed.
The 5 Directory fields are : Street Address, Zip Code, Phone , email and Spouse Name
The Directory information does not have to be the same as the member information at the top of the form. For example, a PO Box address could be supplied for the Directory information while the member information is the street address.

Log In to view your personal information in the myHPREC system. Then, return to this “View/Update” screen (in the Membership tab).  Scroll down to:

“I want to receive printed version of the Club’s Annual Member Directory.”  If the box in front has a check mark in it, click on it (removes the check mark) to stop receiving it.
