If you had a current membership anytime between 2017 and 2019, we may have preloaded your data into the new system.<\/p>\n

  1. Follow these steps to \u201creset\u201d your personal password:\n
      \n
    1. Click on Log in<\/strong> under the Login\/Logout<\/strong> in panel to the right<\/li>\n
    2. Click on Forgot Password<\/strong><\/li>\n
    3. Enter your Email Address<\/strong>, then click REQUEST PASSWORD RESET<\/strong> black box. You will receive Password Reset email with a link to reset your password.<\/li>\n
    4. Open up the email message sent to you and click on the link.<\/li>\n
    5. Enter your new Password<\/strong> and enter again into Password Confirmation<\/strong><\/li>\n
    6. Click UPDATE PASSWORD<\/strong> black box<\/li>\n
    7. You are now logged into myHPREC<\/strong> home page (will receive a confirming email).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    8. If successful with 3a:\n
        \n
      1. Click on Renew Membership<\/strong> in panel to the right<\/li>\n
      2. Scroll down and click on Renew Online Membership <\/strong>(if you\u2019ve not been receiving a paper newsletter at your home) or the Renew Online+Print Membership<\/strong> (if you have been receiving it).<\/li>\n
      3. You have an opportunity to change membership option by clicking on Change Membership to\u2026<\/strong> in blue box<\/li>\n
      4. Scroll down and Review ALL the information<\/strong> and update as needed:\n
          \n
        • Read the Non-Responsibility Declaration<\/strong> section, then select check box<\/li>\n
        • Enter what information you want displayed in Directory<\/strong> or not to be listed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Select Payment option:\n
            \n
          1. Stripe payment <\/strong>to pay by credit card\n
              \n
            • Click on SUBMIT<\/strong> black button<\/li>\n
            • Enter credit card information, then click SUBMIT<\/strong> black button<\/li>\n
            • Credit card info is NOT retained by HPREC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
            • Offline by Mailing Check <\/strong>to mail in check\n
                \n
              • Click on SUBMIT<\/strong> black button<\/li>\n
              • Mail check to: HPREC \u00a0P.O. Box 86\u00a0 Mountain View, CA. 94042-0086<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
              • If not<\/u> successful with 3a (email address was not found), then your data was not pre-loaded.
