Renew Membership

To renew membership you need to login and if you never logged in myHPREC, you will need to:

1) create your personal password ( see process below)

2) complete the renewal process to activate your membership in myHPREC.

 

(Member data has been loaded into myHPREC for current 2020 active members.  We also included most members who were active anytime between 2017 and 2019 and are no longer members. If you wish to “rejoin”, follow the process here.  If not, you may disregard the email. If you change your mind at a later time, use this process to rejoin.) Look below for important information on:

  • CHOOSING YOUR PERSONAL PASSWORD
  • UNDERSTANDING MY USERNAME PROVIDED
  • WHAT IF MY EMAIL ADDRESS DOESN’T WORK?
  1. CREATE YOUR PERSONAL PASSWORD
    To create a personal password, you must “reset” your password by following these steps:
  1. Click Log in in the panel to the right
  2. Click Forgot Password under the Log In black box
  3. Enter the email address where you received the renewal email
    (must start with email address; your username will be provided in the email sent to you after you click on Request Password Reset)
  4. Click on REQUEST PASSWORD RESET
  • COMPLETE THE RENEWAL PROCESS
    Click on Renew Membership in the panel to the right to continue the renewal process.  Follow the instructions to renew your membership in our new system.  You will have an option to pay by credit card (preferred) or by check (see instructions at bottom of online form).

  • CHOOSING YOUR PERSONAL PASSWORD
    The Club prefers you choose a password that registers as “Strong” or Stronger when entering it in the bottom of the online form (to enhance security), even though the system will accept a “Medium” strength password. Record your password, as the Club does not provide that information to you.  Tips on selecting one:

    • use at least 8 characters
    • include at least one of each: uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number, special character accepted by the system
  • UNDERSTANDING MY PROVIDED USERNAME
    When your membership data was loaded from our old system to myHPREC, the system needed to generate a username. Your provided username will display in the password reset email. The username CANNOT be changed in the system.  You can use your email address instead in the username field.  After resetting your password, you will be logged in and land on our home page.
  • WHAT IF MY EMAIL ADDRESS DOESN’T WORK?
    • Use the email address where you received the renewal email
    • If you did NOT receive a renewal email, try other email addresses you may have used in the past. Note, if the email address you’ve previously used for the Club has been abandoned, then you will not be able to receive the Password Reset email.  If you don’t have access to the email address, click on Join the Club in the panel to the right and follow the steps to join the Club.
    • If you did not provide an email address or your email address was not accepted by the Forgot Password process, then your email does not match what was loaded from Legacy Membership database or the data was not transferred. In that case, click on Join the Club in the panel to the right and follow the steps to join the Club.An email address is required of this system for Club membership; you can elect to NOT have it displayed in the online and printed Directory.  The Club does not share personal information.
