In accordance with the bylaws, John McGowan has assumed the role of President of HPREC following the passing of Bernard Bruand. The Board met Monday March 16th to formalize the transition, and review assignments of a number of tasks previously handled by Bernard. The bylaws provide that the Board shall elect a new Vice President at an upcoming meeting.
