Zoom Session – HPI Labs: Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality at HPI

Erika Siegel PHD HP Labs will present the work at HPI on Virtual and Augmented reality

This will be a Zoom presentation and we encourage every member to ensure the Zoom Application on their device is updated to latest release if you want to use the breakout rooms offered after the presentation and Q&A.

You can also download the latest Zoom app and install it, it is the easiest way to update. If you don’t have the Zoom App installed you can still see the presentation using the link provided. You may not have all the features available in the breakout rooms.

Agenda:	2 pm to 2:45 Presentation
	2:45 to 3pm Q&A
	3 pm to 3:30 : Breakout rooms for who is interested to socialize with friends. Send us you request for specific rooms.

So far here are the breakout rooms we plan to offer : (tell us if you want some more groups breakout rooms for 3 to 50 members, no need to tell us how many members you think will join you)

Hike/Walk team
Drop In Lunch team
Women’s lunch team

Each group has full autonomy once they join their breakout room. You can have topic of discussion or just live open discussions

You will receive the Zoom link in the confirmation message , if you lost the confirmation message you can find the link in myhprec web page under Activities/ My Events Bookings
