Meet At Wilcox Park: 1782 Wilcox Way, San Jose, CA 95125, at 10 am.
Willow Glen is a walkable neighborhood filled with large shade trees and a variety of classic architectural styles. A number of homes we’ll encounter go back more than 100 years. It’s a pleasant 3.0 mile walk to be followed by an optional lunch nearby.
Optional lunch: For those interested, we’ll be going to lunch at Aqui’s https://www.aquicalmex.com/ at 1145 Lincoln Ave in downtown Willow Glen.
Driving directions: Take I-280 to the Meridian Avenue exit and bear right (south). Proceed about 1.3 miles to Hamilton Avenue and turn left. Continue on Hamilton (which becomes Pine) for 0.8 miles. Turn right on Wilcox Way and go one short block to the park. There is plenty of parking on the street. Look for the walking group nearby.
