Meet at the restrooms at Byxbee Park, 2375 Embarcadero Rd, Palo Alto, CA 94303. There will not be any HPREC carpools. Take Hwy 101 to the Oregon Expressway/Embarcadero Road exit and go east (toward the bay on Embarcadero Road). Go 0.8 miles until Embarcadero Road ends at a “T” intersection, and then go right. Park in one of the parking lots by Byxbee Park. If these lots are full, drive back on Embarcadero Road, go past the “T” intersection, and park in the lot just before the EcoCenter. It is 0.35 miles from there to Byxbee Park. We will meet by the restrooms.
We will hike around Byxbee Park and up to its top (about a 20-foot climb).
